Infrastructure
We work with the new generation of modern latest world class CNC machines, multitasking CNC machines for turning, milling, engraving, CNC testing which has a dedicated area of 10,000 sq.ft. We maintain the highest international standards in workmanship and accuracy, giving our CNG and LPG Gas Conversion Kits products that are impeccable and living up to the reputation that Unitax is known for. Unitax independent manufacturing shop floors from quality control dept, offers you impartially inspected products, equipped with CNC measuring machines with automatic image processing measurement. Unitax products are manufactured under very strict supervision of highly qualified and experienced engineers.
Laboratory
Environmental conditions maintained during calibration: 20±1°c and relative humidity 50±20% calibration. Laboratory is equipped with an extensive range of measuring instruments and guages and testing equipments such as:
- Chemical laboratory for testing of raw materials
- Tensile and IZOD testing m/c for raw material physical properties testing
- Measuring equipments are traceable to national/international standards.
- All equipments and instruments time to time is calibrated by NABL accredited lab.
